The truth is, I was destined to become a Naturopathic Doctor. My parents struggled with infertility for years before seeking the support of a Naturopathic Doctor and finally having not one, but three healthy children. I was raised to appreciate the value of naturopathy and I’ve always known exactly what I would do with my life. I am so proud of naturopathic medicine’s unlimited potential to improve reproductive health, from laying a healthy foundation pre-conception to improving the success of assistive reproductive procedures.

As part of my medical schooling, I completed an extensive fertility & reproductive health internship. During this internship I was responsible for creating innovative and natural strategies for individuals and couples facing infertility. I am determined to provide you with all of the physical and emotional support you need so that you can reclaim your reproductive health. I am happy to work collaboratively with your medical team and believe that your fertility deserves a multi-faceted approach. Reproductive Medicine

I am skilled in delivering solutions for a variety of reproductive concerns including: endometriosis (which I have, and quite literally feel your pain), PCOS, fibroids, recurrent vaginal infections, estrogen dominance, menstrual concerns, PMS, sexual health, hormonal imbalance, menopause, erectile dysfunction, and prostate health. Most of all, I empathize with your journey and I want you to feel wonderful about yourself. Education

I received my Doctor of Naturopathy from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, and my Bachelor of Heath Sciences from Western University.

A little More Personal

In my spare time you’ll find me teaching and practicing yoga, playing with my favourite dog Winston, and going to concerts with friends and family. You are guaranteed to never find me going for a run or eating cheddar cheese; they just don’t work for me!
