[[The “Everyday Love” Salted Chocolate Granola]] *vegan and gluten free*
It’s GRANOLA. You can eat it on everything….which means you can eat it every day to support your fertility naturally. On that note, what about a little flax in your everyday life? That’s the secret ingredient in this recipe. It’s a simple and nutritious “hormone balancing” ingredient. It helps you metabolize estrogen, while also supporting estrogen production. – 2 cups oats
– 1/2 cup ground flax seed
– 1/2 cup ground almonds
– 1/2 tsp sea salt
– 1/4 cup shredded coconut
– 1/4 cup dark chocolate
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 2 tbsp maple syrup
1. Preheat oven to 325F
2. Grind almonds in food processor
3. In large bowl combine the first 5 ingredients
4. Melt the chocolate, oil, and maple syrup in the microwave. Pour it over mixture
5. Spread granola over lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes
