The Implantation Truffle Recipe

My most requested recipe is the “implantation truffle”. I love baking and always bake with chocolate. This recipe doesn’t even actually require baking, it’s easy!

What are the ingredients’ benefits?

Walnuts - promote uterine blood flow

Cocoa powder - promote uterine blood flow

Dark chocolate - promote uterine blood flow

Dates - promote uterine blood flow

All of the ingredients support implantation by making the uterine lining sticky. They increase the production of nitric oxide, which acts like an embryo magnet in the uterus. Not only does nitric oxide help thicken the uterine lining, but it also attracts the developing embryo. Pretty cool. If you want to learn about other foods for fertility, check them out here!
